Covid-19

Earlier this month, Governor Whitmer issued this Executive Order, dealing with the new human Corona virus, Covid-19:

Therefore, all non-essential service people are ordered to stay home. In compliance with this Order, we are working remotely.


From my remote location, I can carry on pretty much all of my ordinary functions: I can take your calls, discuss cases with opposing counsel, research, write pleadings and briefs and even have court hearings, though some of those are done by phone or video.


This is not a time to have new in-person meetings but we can exchange communication be email and I can take electronic payment.
